Your Support Saves Lives
As a first-of-its-kind organization, 4D believes that chronic diseases like addiction require free access to on-demand, long-term resources. Our mission of supporting young people in recovery would be impossible without our partners and community members’ generous financial support. Your support will help us give the gift of long-term recovery from substance abuse.
"I've been working with my mentor Nick Haskell since March of 2024 and I was referred by a friend in treatment who had a positive experience with her 4D mentor. Before getting a mentor I primarily used fentanyl and was pretty isolated from society. I was always on the verge of homelessness, losing jobs, and everything else that comes with addiction.
I was never really good at putting myself out there so it has been really nice to have someone show me the ropes, and how to have fun in recovery. I have a lot of respect for my mentor and I feel like it was a perfect fit because not only has he been super helpful but he also has a lot of similar lived experience and interests.
My mentor has helped me find other recovery pathways that I resonate with, he has pushed me to try new things, meet more people, and he has helped me find employment which was a huge goal of mine.
I am really into health and fitness and I was lucky enough to have a mentor who is too. I told him I wanted to run a marathon and he connected me to Go the Distance sober running group and Recovery Crossfit. We recently hiked Mt. St. Helens together, and went trail runnings together too." - Connor Souders
