The IT Manager supports the Operations department in managing equipment and technology, fleet vehicles, and general IT needs. Additionally, the job supports the service departments in data collection, management, and reporting.

The Clinical Program Certified Recovery Mentor is responsible for providing peer mentoring services to clients ages 18-35 who are participating in Intensive Outpatient services. This includes building and supporting community, facilitating group engagement, providing transportation, and supporting the needs of the clinic during open hours as needed.

Things to know if you're interested in joining 4D’s team:

4D requires that many new employees, specifically Mentors, Outreach Workers, and Recovery Support Services Coordinators, be willing and eligible to obtain their Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) certification within 90 days of hire.

This is a 40-hour training which may be paid for by 4D. Eligibility requirements can be found on the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) website.
