Things to know if you're interested in joining 4D’s team:

4D requires that many new employees, specifically Mentors, Outreach Workers, and Recovery Support Services Coordinators, be willing and eligible to obtain their Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) certification within 90 days of hire.

This is a 40-hour training which may be paid for by 4D. Eligibility requirements can be found on the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) website.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide counseling, case management, group counseling, and ongoing clinical support for clients ages 14-35 in an outpatient treatment program for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder(s).
